IUURC 2009

The Indiana University Undergraduate Research Conference (IUURC) is dedicated to the promotion of undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity performed in partnership with faculty or other mentors as a vital component of undergraduate education at Indiana University. The conference is open to all disciplines including (but not limited to): visual and performing arts, humanities, natural and physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, business and economics, education, and nursing.

Students needing transportation to and from Indiana University Bloomington for IUURC 2009 are welcome to reserve a seat on a chartered bus by giving a refundable deposit in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00), in the form of a personal check or money order payable to Indiana University, to Polly Willhite, Administrative Manager, or her assistant, Melissa Stephens, in UL 1140 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009.  It is critical that we receive all deposits before close of business on this date.  In the event that enough passengers to justify the expense of chartering a bus were not to reserve seats by that date, all deposits will be refunded.  A student’s deposit will be forfeited if any portion of the roundtrip is not ridden on the chartered bus by that student.  Regrettably, guests cannot be accommodated on the bus; all riders must be students participating in CRL programs and in the IUURC event, or CRL staff.
