Welcome to the Eighteenth Annual Indiana University Undergraduate Research Conference!
IUURC celebrates undergraduate research and creative activity, performed in partnership with faculty members, independently from course requirements. It recognizes higher education's ongoing emphasis upon engaged learning by undergraduates and celebrates an important part of academic life that is common to all of the campuses of Indiana University. We believe you will find this year's event to be enlightening and enjoyable, and we hope that recognition and celebration of their successes will encourage our students in their future endeavors.
To all of the student participants: you are meeting the important challenge of communicating the knowledge that you have helped to create, and the insights that you have gained thereby, to a broader audience, and Indiana University is proud of your achievements.
